Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. For UK orders, we aim to deliver within 3–5 business days from dispatch. For international orders, please allow 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processes. Some destinations may take longer during busy periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet the above timescales, occasional delays can occur due to courier or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at admin@tjssupplies.com and we'll look into it straight away.
